At four years old, Mike moved to Atlantic City, NJ area and he’s never left. Surrounded by his parents, brother, and sister, Mike learned early on that people matter, a lesson that he’s taken into his adult professional and personal life.
His Professional Life
An entrepreneur at heart, he began his first company at a young age going on to be the Founder and CEO of two successful companies. One of which impacts thousands nationally while the other provides a service to local property management groups, condo associations, real estate offices, and other small corporate businesses.
For the past 20 years, he’s been studying leadership, personal development, and business. His experience working in the non-profit world has taught him the importance of developing, and administrating a leadership team and volunteer staff.
One of the rare few that enjoys speaking to a crowd of people, Mike realized that he could use his business and leadership experience to help others succeed personally and professionally. He became a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer, and Speaker 5 years ago and now shares his knowledge of business, leadership, and personal development with audiences around the world.
Giving Back

Mike believes in serving others and spends a great deal of his time working with youth in his community. Recently, he founded a non-profit called Today Matters to teach Youth Leadership Empowerment. He’s also passionate about supporting orphanages and admits, “Children just seem to have my heart.”
When he’s not working, Mike enjoys any sport out there. Mike enjoys meeting and connecting with people (especially from different cultures and countries). As a speaker, trainer, and coach, he gets to do that every day.
